Thanks contest! I drew this freehand and now it looks like garbage.

[EDIT] DeviantArt pulled this from the contest listing. Apparently they don't want a downgrade in the top seven.

[EDIT 3] My bad on that DA pulling this business. I was just checking the "Popular in the past 24 Hours" page, and this obviously wasn't popular within the past 24 hours. ^^;

[EDIT 4] This didn't win the top 50. I'm not surprised at all (since it IS a regression), but still...

No I truly think you improved! In the recent drawing the figure is more loose than the first one which is perfect as humans don't stand straight all the time. We're all so tired these days! :O Also the lines flow SO smoothly together which makes the drawing even more natural. And the eyes! It's much more realistically drawn as we don't have straight lines for eyes as in the first drawing.  And the smile. Ahh, how gorgeous it is! It gives off much more joy and realism than the first one. But! You really need to improve on the background though. So bland and empty! :C
